The peace as we all known is very important to us human, everybody needs peace, at homes,places of works and most importantly our various areas of endeavour. Do you think we think we deserve peace of mind? Especially the youth do they deserve peace of mind? If yes!! How can we bring about peace of mind In them. Peace of mind is something that is very difficult among our youth and adult of today to attain. According to findings and observation, many ungodly act carried out by our youth are because they lack the peace of mind that is the peace of Christ. The peace of mind is a meditative and a contemplative way of life, it is a state in which we are just happy internally. One of the ways in which we can bring about this peace of mind is by " silence".
