Do men deserve peace of mind?

 The peace as we all known is very important to us human, everybody needs peace, at homes,places of works and most importantly our various areas of endeavour.
  Do you think we think we deserve peace of mind? Especially the youth do they deserve peace of mind? 
 If yes!! How can we  bring about peace of mind In them.
    Peace of mind is something that is very difficult among our youth and adult of today to attain.
According to findings and observation, many ungodly act carried out by our youth are because they lack the peace of mind that is the peace of Christ.
   The peace of mind is a meditative and a contemplative way of life, it is a state in which we are just happy internally.
One of the ways in which we can bring about this peace of mind is by "silence".
Silence,  in this era of science and technology is difficult to attain, most especially silence of the heart i.e we must learn to keep mute at most times.
If we are able to achieve this , then we would be able to have the peace of Christ in us.
According to a psychologist "St Alphonsus" on his message on peace of mind given to Rev.barnabas nwoye it says...
  '' silence is mortification and you are called to make it.silence is a cross, you are called to carry it. Silence is a sacrifice you are called to offer it. Silence burns like fire in the soul. Silence is like a sword you must allow it to pierce your soul in order to reveal God's love''.
  In order to attain this peace of mind we must learn how to make out time for ourselves at times in a very silent area, so that we can hear and know what God has for us. Our world today is a noisy one, everyone has adapt living in this condition but we must remember to stay focus and learn to observe minutes of silence in our day to day livelihood in this world .
   Another way we can attain peace of mind is by concentrating ourselves in the things of the most high God.
One of the weapon of the devil is to distract humans form doing the things of the most high and make them lose concentration.
According to a message released by a religious preacher on my daily bread it says..
 '' My child, nothing gives you more trouble than your unthinking self.until you have acquired control of your animal desire , your proud ambitions and your foolish envy of others, you cannot enjoy my heavenly peace of mind.''
 Peace of mind can also be achieved easily through prayer .
Do I mean it? Yeah🤷🏻‍♂️
According to a message drop by St.theresa she said that humans should preserve in the exercise of prayer, though we might be faced with thousands of temptation but we should always remember that he is there to guide us into his habour of salvation .

   " The voice of conscience" another key solution to possess peace of mind.

Psychologist had found out that no man can safely enjoy life except the man whose conscience is clear. The wicked never have true joy not real interior peace . They may say they have peace and that they neither expect of fear any harm from above but justice the word of the most high still suddenly strike them.
A bad conscience is afraid and disturbed. Agood conscience has peace even in time of hardship, the hood man's glory lies in the testimony of a good conscience.
Remember that there can be no true freedom or profitable joy without a clear conscience and a holy fear of all sin.
many great men had seat to examine this mystery of peace in minds of human but have attained one voice that peace in mind of youth can only be attained with silence.
"Muhammed Ali" once said silence is golden when you can't think of a good answer , silence is as deep as eternity, speech and shallow as time.
"Elbert Hubbard" also says that He who does not understand your silence will probably not understand your word of peace.
