HOW TO CREATE A SIMPLE LIGHTPEN/STYLUS USING SIMPLE TOOLS

               

    Are you tired of not been able to draw well on your phones/tablets,you want to sign signatures but it is not comfortable,buy a light pen,but it is expensive,don't worry,you can make your own LIGHTPEN,it won't cost anything only your time and resources,
                    Now before we start we will talk about the two types of phone screens,they are of two types namely

1.Resistive screens
             This screen works on the principles of pressure,they are also called infrared screens,they need pressure to function,example is Nintendo devices

2.Capacitive screens
              This screen works on the principles of electrical conductivity,example of devices that use this functions are Androids,iPad,iPhones etc

                So I will be giving you  3 ways of making a light pen,it depends on your type of screen that determines the one that works for you

(A.)BY APPLYING PRESSURE ON THE SCREEN WITH SOFT OBJECT
1. To do this try using foams or papers or tip of pens

2. use it to cross the screen,if it works your screen is resistive

3.  find  a pen attach the material to it

4.remove the ink and replace it with the material

5.then your LIGHTPEN is ready

6.don't use a sharp pen or pencil tip ,it might scratch the screen

(B).BY USING ALUMINIUM FOIL

1.find a pencil

2.find an aluminium foil

3.wrap it around the pencil twice,tape it after wrapping

4.make sure the pencil is blunt and flat,so that it won't scratch your screen
Then attach,

5.wrap the end of the pencil with tape,I recommend Scotch tape,works best

6.then try it on the screen

Note:the more you flatten the tip,the more it works better

(C.)BY USING SPONGE

1.find a pen

2.remove the cover and ink

3.then find a sponge

4.then cut the sponge according to the tip of the pen

5.Then put the sponge in water allow it to dry

6.Then attach it to the pen,then the LIGHTPEN is ready try it on your Android phones
