How to solve the problem of download pending

       

   When downloading with playstore, some people use to have problems with the downloading of games,apps and so on,I will give you 2 steps to solve this problem

Step1
restricted background data apps
When you restricted background data,there is an app named media among the files you restricted,the media file contains the download manager,downloads,so when you restricted it, the downloads on playstore won't work,and so playstore will write download pending or downloading(with no action seen),so to unrestricted it

Go to settings on your phone
Go to data usage under settings
Then look for the media file
Then scroll down and unrestrict it
Then your play store will be back to normal
And please unrestrict all Google services only and the Android os service

Step2
Clearing the cache and playstore files
To do this
Open settings
Go to apps under settings
Then tap on  all apps
Then look for Google play store
Then clear the cache then clear all the data
